Hotel Pira, named after the ancient grain spelt, operates in the renovated Čebokelj farmstead in Hruševje, designed by 3B Arhitekti. The concept features three distinct volumes creating a dispersed boutique hotel with a strong identity.
The renovation prioritises sustainable tourism, offering locally sourced food and refined culinary experiences within architecturally diverse spaces that preserve the scattered character of the original farmstead.
The design philosophy centres on preserving the old within the new — duality runs through every level: volumetric, structural, material, and programmatic. The hotel includes a 60-seat restaurant, six apartments, a wellness area, and shared spaces.
